Beyonce is a very talented singer. Even though she is known for her amazing music, she is also known for her amazing body. She has the body that most women want, she has a small waist and big hips. Even though she's getting older you can't even tell her face and body does not age. She keeps her body looking amazing, it still looks like same since she was like 20.
To me beyonce has a really nice body, and she is very fit! She says that she works out 5 times a week and she wears heels while working out. She would do routines like bicycle crunches, ab twists, yoga plancks, and hanging leg raises. Beyonce keeps her figure by sticking to fruits and veggies and drink plenty of water. She avoids beef and pork, and clears alcohol. Beyonce’s cardiovascular workouts are exercises like dancing, running, biking. She really loves dancing, She has fun with it and it gets her fit.Beyoncé says that she even has cheat days where she eats a bit of junk food which is okay cause she still goes back to a healthy diet and exercises. She also says that having a healthy life is very important to her, and it should be important to everyone, having a healthy life means that you're healthy and you make healthy choices. Like eating fruits and vegetables, and even working out like for 30 min everyday.
She inspires me because her body is amazing, I would love to have it . But not only that it's cause she works hard to keep her body like that, even though she's getting older that doesn't stop her . I think her body will stay like that for years if she keeps up her healthy life and her exercises. She makes me wanna have a healthy life like her and she even makes me wanna work out .
